The transvaginal ultrasound-guided selective embryos aspiration of the cornual pregnancy. The procedure was carried out using a 16-guage needle on the day 30 after the embryo transfer. A total of 5 ml fluid was aspirated from the embryonic vesicles and the fetal heart was punctured for three times until cardiac asystole was confirmed. After surgery, sonography scan showed the intrauterine pregnancy had normal cardiac activity."
