Ethics for Referees

• Reviewers are encouraged to disclose their conflict of interest. Do notify the editorial office if you have any potential conflict of interest to the manuscript. If necessary, reviewers should decline the role of reviewer.
• Do not share contents of the manuscript with anyone. If you make a copy of the manuscript or download the manuscript, be sure to destroy it after your review is completed. Reviewers should not use the content in the manuscript for any purpose unrelated to the peer review process.
• Reviewer comments are suggested to acknowledge the positive aspects of the material under review, identify the negative aspects constructively, and indicate the necessary improvements to help the authors resolve weaknesses in their work. Do not use derogatory statements to authors.
• Reviewer comments and conclusions should be based on an objective and impartial consideration of the facts, exclusive of personal or professional bias. All comments by reviewers should be based solely on the paper’s scientific merit, originality, and quality of writing as well as on the relevance to the journal’s scope and mission, regardless the race, ethnic origin, sex, religion, or citizenship of the authors.
