The posterior ONH blood perfusion measurements in rNAION rats were significantly lower than that in naive rats (all P<0.0001). Statistically significant reductions of optic nerve blood flow were detected between day 3 and day 7, day 7 and day 14 after disease induction (both P<0.01).
