<正>To study the biological characteristics of B16-F10 cells transduced with hCD80 gene in vitro

a kind of replication-deficient recombinant adenovirus bearing hCD80 gene (hCD80-rAd) was constructed and several means were utilized to observe the changes of biological characteristics after gene transduced.
