摘要

一名20个月大的男婴在爱泼斯坦-巴尔病毒（Epstein-Barr virus

EBV）感染后进展为瑞氏综合征并伴有多器官功能障碍。患儿同时罹患急性肝衰竭

危及生命的脑水肿

严重的弥散性血管内凝血以及心肌受累。EBV感染在本例加重了瑞氏综合征的疾病进展。患儿尽管接受了全面的支持和对症治疗

仍未免于死亡。本文报告的重症病例提示儿科医生应注意重度EBV感染的多器官受累。

Abstract

A 20-month-old male infant with multiorgan dysfunction after Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection developed Reye’s syndrome. He also suffered from acute liver failure

life-threatening cerebral edema

severe disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC)

and myocardial involvement. EBV infection aggravated the progress of Reye’s syndrome

leading to death despite full supportive and symptomatic therapy. This critical case suggested that pediatricians should pay attention to multiorgan involvement of severe EBV infection.
