摘要

女性妊娠早期合并脑静脉窦血栓（Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis

CVST）非常罕见。本文报道了一名在孕10周时要求人工流产

却因严重头痛伴恶心呕吐

经系列检查被诊断为CVST的22岁中国女性患者。患者经抗凝治疗后疾病缓解

最终成功进行了羊膜腔穿刺安全完成中期引产。本文对此罕见病例的诊断、治疗和预后进行了讨论。

Abstract

Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is a rare condition in early pregnancy. A 22-year-old Chinese woman at 10 weeks of pregnancy requested induced abortion and was diagnosed as CVST for a severe headache accompanying with nausea and vomiting. The patient was treated successfully with anticoagulation

followed by amniocentesis

and finally succeeded in induction of labor safely. The diagnosis

treatment and prognosis for this rare condition are discussed in this paper.
