摘要

芳香疗法作为缓和医疗照护的手段之一

近年来在我国临床工作中逐渐得到应用

使患者通过芳香照护得到身心灵的舒缓、安宁

提高患者终末期的生命质量。本文报道了一例原发灶不明的全身多发转移癌的终末期患者的末期临床照护的过程

对应用芳香疗法改善患者临床症状、提高患者生存质量的实施过程和效果进行了详细解析。

Abstract

As one of the methods of palliative care

aromatherapy has been applied gradually in clinical nursing work in China in recent years. Through aromatherapy

terminal cancer patients can get not only relieves of physical symptoms

but also spiritual relaxation and peace

thus have improved quality of life at the end stage. In this paper

we report in detail about how aromatherapy was applied for symptom control in a cancer patient with unknown primary malignancy and multiple metastasis and its effects on the terminal life of this patient.
