摘要

末期病人照护这一概念在20世纪80年代进入中国大陆地区

但安宁缓和医疗的临床实践发展缓慢。近几年来

医务人员、患者及其家人还有政府部门都开始意识到安宁缓和医疗的重要性。当前中国已经开始了一场安宁缓和医疗的社会运动。本文对安宁缓和医疗在中国大陆地区的发展历程进行了概述并讨论了其发展障碍及面临的挑战。

Abstract

The concept of End-of-Life Care (EOLC) came into China in the late 1980s. However

hospice and palliative care in medical practice develope slowly. In recent years

profesionals

patients and their families

as well as government begin to attach importance to it. There is a hospice and palliative care movement now in China. This article gives an overview of the progress and the current status in multiple aspects of hospice and palliative care in mainland China

and points out the barriers and challenges for its further development in the future.
