摘要:
目的 探讨大麻素CB1受体(cannabinoid CB1 receptor,CB1R)的拮抗作用是否会影响慢性快速眼动(chronically rapid eye movement,CRM)睡眠剥夺(CRM sleep-deprived,RSD)大鼠的新物体识别(novel object recognition,NOR)记忆。
方法 采用多平台技术对动物进行为期7天的慢性部分RSD范式的识别记忆检查。CB1R拮抗剂利莫那班(1mg/kg或3mg/kg,腹腔内注射)在记忆获取采样前一小时、在记忆巩固采样后即时或在NOR记忆提取测试阶段前至少一小时进行注射。为实现记忆再巩固,在第二个采样阶段完成后即时注射利莫那班。
结果 RSD损害了NOR记忆的获取、巩固和提取,但不影响NOR记忆的再巩固。注射利莫那班不影响记忆的获取、巩固和再巩固;然而,它减轻了慢性RSD对NOR记忆提取造成的损害。
结论 这些发现以及我们之前的报告似乎表明,RSD可能因其持续时间不同而影响识别记忆的不同阶段。重要的是,CB1R似乎至少部分参与了慢性RSD对NOR记忆的提取,但与NOR记忆的获取、巩固和再巩固无关。
